Fine Foods, Locally Sourced

in the heart of Somerset

Our deli is in the tranquil settings of the Willows & Wetlands where you can enjoy walks through the wilderness, guided tours of the site, museums and crafting areas, free car parking and facilities and a number of independent retailers such as Hattys Attic, Edwinas Flowers, Pallker Art Glass, Coates English Willow and The Lemon Tree cafe with it’s range of cakes, teas, coffees and light meals. Only 15 minutes from Taunton and 10 minutes from junction 25 of the M5 it combines a unique shopping experience and a great place to visit.

We love stopping off here for a few hours. Lots of interesting things to view in the museum. A great little shop and tea room. The children love the walk through the woods to find all the creatures made from willow.

We visited with the intention of having lunch. We ended up spending the whole afternoon there. Lunch was quick and delicious. Sandwiches, salads, ploughman’s etc. All locally sourced. There are a number of interesting small shops at the site selling local produce. We had a nice walk to the river which had outstanding views. Well behaved dogs are welcome. This is good place to break a long journey up or equally if you are local. They make effort to be sustainable and
Source local things. Very interesting museum too!

We popped in here on our way back from somewhere else to where we were staying, and it was a lovely little find. There is plenty of parking, and a great walking trail for the family, with willow characters to spot along the way. There are a couple of craft shops, a deli, a glass shop, and a lovely little tea shop, which has great cake!
