We don’t compromise on ingredients nor do we scrimp on taste and satisfaction. We founded Flower & White in our home county of Shropshire where all of our meringues are still handcrafted today to a traditional Swiss recipe using free range eggs and natural flavours.
Having baked at home with his mum as a child, it was Brian who took his skills to the next level, juggling his baking while looking after the kids as a stay at home dad. He then let his bakes loose on the public and they were an instant hit. Following Brian’s success Leanne decided to take the plunge and leave her job to join her husband in his venture!
