Who doesn’t love fresh pasta? Imagine being able to whip up the perfect al dente dish that the sauce just clings to, or knock together a few ravioli or tortellini, stuffed with whatever your favourite flavours are! These are some of the things that Francesca from Inpasta will teach you on this introductory course.
On this course we’ll be making five different pasta with three different sauces and learning why we pair certain pastas with certain sauces before sampling and sharing each others work at the end of the day.
In your goodie bag you’ll be taking home your course apron, course material and a bag of ‘typo 00’ flour. Whether you bought this course for yourself or someone bought it for you, it is the gift that keeps on giving.
We’ll be working on the centre table in the deli so the group will be intimate – no more than 7 of us. The course will run from 1030 and should end around 1430.
