Fast Acting Instant Bread Yeast
Used for yeast leavened baked goods such as bread, doughnuts and pancakes.
How to use fast acting instant bread yeast
There is no knead 😉 to activate this yeast before use – just pour it in with your flour and salt and carry on as usual.
1000g strong bread flour
20g fast acting instant bread yeast
Mix together and knead with your preferred method. Let the dough rise at room temp for appx 1 hour, then divide and use as intended.
